I felt like I was really up in the mountains today:

Once I climbed up on one of those rocks, mainly because I had noticed a small pavilion up there:
Some kids were playing a board-game using pebbles and shards of glass, and I sat down for a little break:

Synopsis: the little dude with the hat is looking for him mommy who is still down at the foot of the hill.

Once I got close to Tianzhu, I got a bit excited because I figured that the area would have a certain Tibetan feel to it, completely different from the places I’ve walked through so far:

eine kurze Anmerkung zu den bunten Farben am Himmel vom 22.5. Das sind so genannte Koronen (Korona). Das sind "kleine Regenbogen" die durch Wassertröpfchen in der Atmosphäre hervorgerufen werden. Ist ein Wetterphänomen, das nicht allzu häufig vorkommt. Aber nichts mit Erdbeben zu tun hat. Sieht aber sehr cool aus.

Am 200. Tag die 2500 km, dass wird wohl nur noch was mit einer Gewalttour, wenn Du morgen auf Grund des weißen Rindviechs schon wieder ne Pause machst.
Aber lieber weiße Yaks als irgendwelche blöden nichtssagenden Zahlen.

Na ja, vielleicht waren es auch nur vier, Christoph, drei, die viermal aufgetaucht sind, eines zweimal, oder es waren elf, die einmal auftauchten und zwei eineinhalbmal. jedenfalls sahen sie gut aus, erstaunlich fett schon nach dem winter, und la paloma pfeifen konnten sie auch.

ich kann mich rubi nur anschließen, das video is wirklich gut geworden, du wirst immer besser! 🙂 und die beiden kinder… seeeeeehr süß! hier deutschland sieht man nich so viele kleine süße kinder. oder ich achte nich drauf, kann auch sein.

Was für eine karge aber äußerst interessante Landschaft. Vielleicht kannst du nochmal für nicht China-kundige erklären, was es mit "Yaks" auf sich hat, bzw. was das überhaupt sein soll.

Becci: Ich glaube uns faszinieren die dunklen Haare und die dunklen grossen Augen. Die Kinder in Deutschland haben einen anderen Charme und der Anblick ist uns vertrauter.
Ich warte wie Florian auch schon gespannt auf die Yaks. Ich kenne nur den Namen weil man im Scabble-Spiel damit das Y unterbringen kann.
Vielleicht sind wir morgen alle schlauer….

Ich kenne die Teile nur aus Ladakh. Allerdings waren sie da immer nur dunkel. Auf weiß bin ich auch mal gespannt.
Und in Ladakh gibt es ürbigens auch jede Menge Murmeltiere.
